At our surf camp, we look for different profiles depending on the season and the needs of the team. Some of the most common positions are:

• Surf and paddle surf instructors , with experience and certification.
• Receptionists and customer service staff , responsible for managing reservations and welcoming guests.
• Monitors and entertainers , for activities outside the water.
• Maintenance and cleaning staff , essential for the proper functioning of the camp.
• Cooks and kitchen assistants , if we offer catering services during certain seasons.

Yes, to work as a surf or paddleboard instructor at our camp, you must have a recognized certification, such as that of the International Surfing Association (ISA) or the Spanish Surfing Federation (FES), among others.

Additionally, a valid first aid and water rescue certificate is required, as the safety of our students is our priority. If you don't have these certificates but are in the process of obtaining them, please indicate this in your application.

Yes, not all positions at the surf camp are related to surf teaching. We're looking for people with experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or maintenance.
