If you’d like to experience this adventure as a family but have some questions, here are some answers to the most common questions from those who visit us with their teenage children.
Can we all stay together as a family?
Yes, we have family-friendly accommodations, such as our bungalows and yurt, depending on the size of your family.
Are there discounts for large families?
Yes. Families with teenage children who all surf receive a 7% discount if there are 5 or more people.
What if one of the parents doesn't want to surf?
No problem. We have a number of spots available for those who want to stay with us but don't want to surf. You can relax in our common areas and enjoy other activities.
Can my child surf even if they've never surfed before?
Of course! Classes are adapted to all levels. From the first wave to the most advanced maneuvers, our instructors will be by your side every step of the way.
What other activities can teenagers do?
We organize activities such as volleyball games, outdoor games, movies under the stars, and much more.
Is the camp safe for teens?
Yes. Our environment is quiet, secure, and offers a family-friendly atmosphere. Plus, our team is always available to help you with any needs.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We have alternative activities and covered areas where you can continue having fun. And, if necessary and possible, we always try to reschedule surf lessons so you can enjoy them at another time when weather permits.
What are the ages of other teenagers who usually come?
Young people between the ages of 15 and 17 typically come with their parents. It's a perfect age group for making friends and sharing interests related to the waves.
Can we cook at the camp?
Yes. Breakfast is included in your stay at the camp, but we also have a kitchen in our common areas so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.
Do we need to bring surfing gear for the whole family?
It's not necessary. Everything you need for classes (board, wetsuit, etc.) is included and provided by us. If you want to continue practicing on your own, you can rent equipment at special prices.
