Booking conditions and data processing

Consent to data processing:

By signing this document, the interested party consents to the processing of their voluntarily provided personal data by BIOSURFCAMP S.L.U. as the data controller, for the purpose of properly managing the provision of the contracted service or product. Data collected from the interested party may be disclosed to third parties for compliance with legal obligations. They also declare that they have been informed of the possibility of exercising their rights to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting CALLE CUBA DE ARRIBA 25, 39340 SUANCES, CANTABRIA. The person whose name appears on the reservation accepts the Data Protection Policy for themselves and declares that they have communicated it to all other persons listed on it.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

No refunds will be issued for reservations or deposits already made. A partial refund may be issued according to the conditions specified below.

1 BEFORE ARRIVAL / CANCELLATIONS

If the student cancels or modifies the contracted reservation, they must notify Biosurfcamp more than 15 business days before the start of the course. In this case, they will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid, with the remainder being considered a management fee.

If the student notifies Biosurfcamp of this modification or cancellation less than 15 business days before the start of the course, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. 50% of the amount paid will be retained for a period of one year for a future reservation, while the remainder will be considered a management fee.

If the cancellation is due to a duly justified force majeure, 100% of the amount paid will be retained for a future reservation.

If a modification of less than 25% of the total contracted reservation is required, a €25 modification and management fee will be charged. In the event of modifications exceeding 25% of the total amount, the reservation will be considered canceled. Likewise, reservations that have not been correctly completed using the form on our website, the booking platform, or the form provided by us via email will be canceled.

Any reservation that does not include all the required information, or any reservation with incorrect or incomplete information, will also be canceled. In addition, any reservation for which a deposit payment is not submitted, using one of the payment methods listed on the website, the booking platform, or indicated via email by us, will be canceled. In the case of payment by bank transfer or direct deposit, Biosurfcamp reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the information provided does not correspond to the information on the website form or the information provided in the emails.

For same-day accommodation reservations without advance notice, a €3 administration fee will be charged.

During the reservation process, non-commercial communications will be maintained with the person who made the reservation via email and telephone, in order to organize surf courses, accommodations, and other activities offered by Biosurfcamp S.L.U.

2 DURING THE STAY

Upon arrival, a €30 security deposit per person will be required. This deposit will be returned upon checkout and verification that no damage has been caused by misuse of the facilities or failure to comply with the rules of coexistence and silence during rest hours.

The person whose name appears on the reservation is responsible for any damage, with the amount of this deposit, that they, the other people for whom they made the reservation, as well as their dependents and their pets, may cause during their stay at the camp facilities and during their surfing activity. This damage includes damage to equipment, misuse of the facilities, and acts of vandalism. Admission is also reserved.

The shared kitchen and gazebos are closed after 11:00 p.m., and a quiet atmosphere is required. Rest and complete silence hours at the camp are from 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Unjustified noise between 11:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in immediate expulsion from the camp. Guests are not entitled to a refund or cancellation of their reservation.

BIOSURFCAMP S.L.U. is not responsible for any theft, robbery, or disappearance of property left by guests in camp rooms and facilities, or in company vehicles.
