PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The customer, through the subscription of this document, gives his consent so that his personal data voluntarily provided are treated, by BIOSURFCAMP S.L.U. as responsible for the treatment, in order to properly manage the provision of the service or product contracted, and kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, the legally required deadlines. The data collected from the interested may be communicated to third parts for compliance with legal obligations. The person whose name appears in the reservation, accepts the Data Protection Policy for himself and declares to have communicated it to the rest of the people that appear in it.
If you decide to cancel the course, you will have to notify Biosurfcamp at least fifteen working days before the beginning of the course. In that case, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the payment made. The remainder will be considered as administrative expenses.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No booking refunds or income already made will be processed. A part may be returned according to the conditions specified below.
1 BEFORE THE ARRIVAL
In case the client cancels or modifies the booking, he / she must notify Biosurfcamp more than 15 business days before the start of the booking. In that case, he will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid. The rest will be considered a management cost.
If that modification or cancellation is notified by the cliente to Biosurfcamp with a period of less than 15 business days before the beginning of the course, the student will not be entitled to the refund of the amount paid. 50% of the amount paid will be kept for a period of 1 year for a new booking, while the rest will be considered as a management cost.In case the cancellation is due to a justified Force Majeure, 100% of the amount paid will be saved for a new booking.
If the client do a modification of less than 25% of the total of the booking, € 25 of management costs will be charged. If the modification is more than a 25% of the booking, the booking will be considered as cancel. Bookings that have not been correctly filled out using the form on our website, booking platform or the form provided via email by us will be canceled.
Any booking that does not present all the required data and any booking that has incorrect or incomplete data, will be canceled. Any booking in which a payment deposit to it is not presented, by means of one of the payment methods present on the web, booking platform or mentioned by email by us, will also be canceled. In the case of payment by bank transfer or deposit account, Biosurfcamp reserves the right to cancel the booking reservation in case the data reflected in it does not correspond to the form on the website or to those reflected in the communication emails.
In case of accommodation booking for the same day without advance notice, 3 € will be charged for administration cost.
During the booking process, non-commercial communications will be maintained with the person who has made the booking via email and phone, in order to organize surfing lessons, accommodation and the other activities of Biosurfcamp S.L.U.
2 DURING THE STAY
Upon arrival, € 30 per person will be deposited as a deposit. It will be returned once checked out and verified that no damage has been caused in the facilities and and the clients had respect the rules of coexistence and silence in the hours of rest.
The person whose name appears in the booking, assumes the payment of the damage, with the amount of the deposit, that he and the rest of the people for whom he has made the booking, as well as his dependents and his pets, can cause during your stay in the camp facilities as well as in the surfing lessons. These damages include the surf material and the facilities and acts of hooliganism. Likewise, the managemente reserves the right to refuse admission.
After 11pm, the shared kitchen and the gazebos are closed, and there must be an atmosphere of silence. The hours of rest and total silence in the camp are from 11pm to 8am. Unjustified noise between 11pm and 8am may be sanctioned with the immediate expulsion from the camp without the client having the right to claim a refund or cancellation of their reservation.
BIOSURFCAMP S.L.U. is not responsible for possible thefts, robberies or disappearances of properties that customers leave in the rooms and dependencies of the camp as well as in the vans of the company.
